For more complex projects or when you need expert guidance, we offer a paid, comprehensive on-site estimate. This service includes:
Site Visit: Our experienced Project Manager conducts a detailed walk-through of your property.
- Professional assessment: Evaluation of your property’s condition includes:
- Potential mold issues
- Plumbing integrity
- Gas line safety
- Electrical code compliance
- Use of Houzz, a high-end software, to create 3D visual representations of your project
- Mandatory Presence of homeowner: The homeowner must be present during the on-site visit for an in-depth discussion of your project vision and requirements.
- Security Deposit: A $50 deposit is required, which acts as a security fee and ensures that both the home-owner and a dedicated on-site project manager is assigned.
*The fee will be returned if the client shows up at the scheduled time. - Multiple Quotations: We provide three different quotations, offering you the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your needs.
- Comprehensive Report: Based the on-site visit, we will provide a thorough estimate covering all the identified and agreed-upon construction or remodeling needs.
